To The Members of Gay Youth South East,
I know I haven’t been around much recently, new job and a lot of work on at the moment. The time has come for me to start putting a lot of effort into GYSE again. Stay tuned to this space, there are changes afoot and I’ll start making GYSE work for you! Regards

We’re Live
It’s been a long journey to get to this stage, the idea behind GYSE came to me in 2005, the ability to make that idea a functioning reality came in 2007 with the Youth Capital and Youth Opportunity Funding from Surrey County Council. It’s now 2008 and in reality GYSE hasn’t started to make a real impact, 2007 was a year of great experiences, networking and getting ourselves publicised and talked about. We can’t stop Surrey Youth Development Services praising us at the moment!
With the opening of this website we will also make a solemn promise to our members and indeed to all LGBTQ young people in the South East, GYSE exists for you, what we want is to make your life easier! Help us to help you, spread the word and in return our promise will be as follows:
- We will campaign for you and your rights
- We will lobby for your opinions to be heard
- We will make provision for the resources, care, attention and facilities you deserve to be delivered to you
This we promise to uphold for you. and this will from now on be our team’s mantra.
Use GYSE for your benefit, spread the word about GYSE and let us help more people, the more members GYSE has the better we can help you!
Thanks for a GREAT YEAR everyone!
